Why Boo?

An ordinary distribution treats the terminal as one application inside a desktop. Boo makes the terminal the whole local environment.

It boots directly into upstream Ghostty and removes the desktop environment, panel, launcher, and general-purpose window manager.

Weston provides only the display and input bridge. For now, managed Chromium is the single graphical exception.
